I had a lovely stay at Rainforest Chiangmai Hotel. the ambiance really creates a relaxing forest atmosphere. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed right away. However, the Wi-Fi was painfully slow, and the breakfast could certainly use some more variety. especially for vegetarians.

I stayed in a spacious room that had a unique and traditional Thai style. but unfortunately, it was a bit dated, and I did notice an unpleasant smell in the bathroom area. The outdoor plunge pool was a nice touch, though.

The customer service was absolutely on point. the front desk staff, completely managed by women, were fabulous. They were very accommodating and made my family feel at ease during our stay.
