I had a lovely stay at Rainforest Chiangmai Hotel. the ambiance really creates a relaxing forest atmosphere. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed right away. However, the Wi-Fi was painfully slow, and the breakfast could certainly use some more variety. especially for vegetarians.
Rooms

I stayed in a spacious room that had a unique and traditional Thai style. but unfortunately, it was a bit dated, and I did notice an unpleasant smell in the bathroom area. The outdoor plunge pool was a nice touch, though.
Service

The customer service was absolutely on point. the front desk staff, completely managed by women, were fabulous. They were very accommodating and made my family feel at ease during our stay.
Location

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, which offered a peaceful retreat. but this also meant that I had to rely on Grab to get to the city center, which was about a 20-30 minute ride. Still, I appreciated the serene surroundings.
Dining

The breakfast buffet had a decent spread, featuring some delicious pancakes among other options. however, I wished there were more continental and vegetarian choices available.

I enjoyed the lovely pools that provided a refreshing escape. but I did find the bathrooms needed a bit of updating. Also, the slow Wi-Fi access was a drawback.

My stay at Rainforest Chiangmai Hotel was a mixed experience. The location is peaceful and close to the railway station, which I appreciated, but the room I was given had significant issues, including noise and lack of cleanliness. The breakfast was decent, but overall, it didn't fully meet my expectations.
Rooms

The room I stayed in was worn out with mold on the bathroom walls. I also noticed cobwebs on the ceiling, and the air conditioning was quite noisy, making it hard to relax.

The welcome I received was just okay, lacking the enthusiasm I'd hoped for, but the staff were generally kind during my stay.

The hotel is in a quiet area close to the railway station, which makes it convenient for getting around, though it's somewhat further from the old city center.

Breakfast was acceptable, with a buffet spread, but nothing really stood out to me. There weren't many dining options nearby.

The pool could use some warmth as it wasn't inviting enough, and I found the hotel's overall facilities to be in need of maintenance.

I had a pleasant stay at Rainforest Chiangmai Hotel, enjoying the clean pools and a decent breakfast. The location was a bit off the main attractions, requiring transportation, but I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. However, the hotel is in need of some modernization, especially in the rooms, as they felt dated and not quite like the photos I had seen. Overall, it was a good experience with some room for improvement.

Location

The hotel’s location is a bit away from the main city area, which was somewhat inconvenient for accessing popular attractions. However, I enjoyed the quiet surroundings, and with easy taxi access, it wasn't too much of a hassle to get into town.
Dining

Breakfast was a highlight for me, offering a good spread of both Asian and Western options. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made pancakes. While it was good, the dining area had a lingering smell that detracted from the experience at times.
Facilities

The amenities provided were satisfactory, and the pool area was quite nice. However, the Wi-Fi was only accessible in certain areas, and I would have preferred better connectivity throughout the hotel.
